Can't uninstall an old version of fences from windows 10

Hi, I downloaded fences years ago when I first got my windows 7 laptop.  I think I updated the program maybe once or twice and not in a year or two probably so I've been running some old version of fences, not sure which version at the moment.  Anyway I upgraded to windows 10 and now I can't move any of my icons and I read through forums that fences is the cause of this issue.  I tried using my windows uninstaller and also revo uninstaller and neither of them will show stardock or fences on the uninstall list so I opened up the fences file folder and deleted everything I could, some things stayed like some language folders I think.  I'm frustrated at this point, if anyone can help I would appreciate it a lot.  I'd even buy you an ice cream if I could but it would melt by the time it got to you.  It's the thought that counts though right...

I have the same problem here.  Object Desktop manager keeps trying to install Fences 3 2.91 [Beta] but everytime I reboot my computer it tells me it still needs to update.  So I thought I should uninstall the previous version before updating but I ran into the same problem.  I can't uninstall Fences from Windows "Programs and Features" or Revo Uninstaller.  I even checked the registry if there anything in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall but no luck.
