Fences 2.13 Not Working

I've read some threads that give importance to having or not having total security 360, but, what if I do have it, what should I do to make fences work the way it's supposed to work? Fences do create only when the program is installed. I've uninstalled it and re-installed it several times, but it doesn't seem to work.It also gets bugged when I try to change the name of a Fence and I can't move any icon from the desktop. Trial used to work fine even with 360 Total Security on. What can I do? Just bought it today, so I was trying to make it work, but I couldn't. Things I've done so far:

- Restarting computer several times after uninstalling.
-Installing with 360 Total Security off.
-Erasing all trace of Stardocks Fences in my computer (even registry)
- Reloaded an old system image of windows 8.1 pro
-Erased any other software that messes with my desktop. (like nimiplaces).

Please help me, I'm starting to get mad. D:
