Impossible to insert serial key

Hi Stardock

 

i have bought the Fencies 2.0

After the installation, the software show me a little window where there are 3 blue buttons

Enter Product Key
Purchase Product Key
Start 30 Day Trial
i have the emailed product key and when i click on the first button (Enter Product Key) nothing happens... 

i tried to unistall and reinstall... but nothing.

 

What can i do? i have already paid this software.
