Just installed the beta yesterday and whenever I restart there is a sometimes a huge chunk of the taskbar missing directly to the right of the cortana search box. I have to disable/enable Windowblinds to get it to render properly.
Is it an issue or just me?

You should not have to disable and enable to get it to apply. Have not heard of this so I have no advice. Except to try and apply it a second time and see if that corrects it. Maybe tomorrow when support is in they may see this thread. If not send in a support ticket but if you do only send one if you send another you will stay on the bottom of the list.

There is a known bug in the beta with this. However you do not need to disable WB to fix it, just click in the area.
This is fixed for future updates.
