Invisible fence?

I am on Windows 10 and Fences 2.13. All looked good - I have like 5 or 6 fences on my desktop. Last night I tried to create a new second desktop and pulled one on the fences over to that one. This morning it is gone. But I have the old desktop with all fences - except that one! 

Well, I just created a new fence and wanted to put new shortcuts (same ones as in the one that got away) into it - but got the message that it was already there...?! Just I cannot see it. 

How do I get it back?
