Desktop pages and Windows 10 Virtual Desktops

Hi, any chances you will develop Fences desktop pages "linked" to the Windows 10 Virtual desktop functionality?

Thinking about how would be great to have Fences to create automatically another Windows virtual desktop when you create a desktop page (even viceversa).

Both linked statically, and persistent to reboots. It would be great for productivity!

Thanks for considering this,

Max

In the Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview, you can include an apparently boundless number of virtual desktops rapidly and effortlessly, on account of the new Task View sheet. Tragically, Windows 10's various desktop usefulness is still extremely constrained - you can't move and customize programs between various screens, you can't change the wallpaper for individual desktops, and you can't rapidly bounce to a specific screen without going through the greater part of your open screens..

I would not consider that an answer to the question. Connecting the Desktop Pages an Win10 Virtual Desktop is in my eyes the natural way to upgrade the Desktop Pages function (add a checkbox to connect them in settings).

As long as there is a trigger and a way to identify which virtual desktop you're currently in, I can't see it being very hard to implement (you just draw the corresponding content to the desktop you are in).

IVirtualDesktopManager seems to be what you are looking for (https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/winsdk/2015/09/10/virtual-desktop-switching-in-windows-10/)

I would very much see this implemented as well.

Any possibilities for this?
