Registration problem
Interesting problem: when I try to register Fences 2.13, the Stardock website tells me the product key is registered to a different account, but I cut and posted the product key directly from my Stardock invoice. I have verified that I used the same email address as I used when I ordered Fences, and in fact, my account in Stardock shows the invoice in my order history.
I sent an email to Tech Support, but they haven't replied, and the phone number told me just to send an email to Tech Support, so I don't consider that much help.
Has anyone run into this problem and know of a solution?
