Question for you Skinner/Programmers

I was wondering how or if its even possible to make say like WinAmp, ICQ or Media Player or something like that into a DesktopX theme object or something like that?

Not sure if thats is the best way to phrase the question.

I'm seeing some cool DesktopX themes out there with multiple screens and was thinking of maybe having a program imbedded into the theme instead of double clicking the icon and having the program come up.

I've seen people use DXplayer in there themes...but could those other programs be used int he same way?

Sounds like a nice idea. A bit of a resouce hog but nice.

Yes, It's possible to have a mp3 player in your desktop X, they have a sample in the tryal version of desktop X

Ok guess would be either to wait for someone to make it or which programs would I even attempt to convert them to a object for DesktopX to use?

DX player is what is required. It's a plugin used by DX and Objectbar to allow control of Mp3 playing.
It's being replaced on ODNT by Object Media, but it does more or less what you need, Urlryn.
