Constant scrolling

I took a quick look at the first few pages here, and didn't see anything related to this issue. While using the arrow keys to move the camera, it suddenly began scrolling to the bottom of the galaxy map. I tried a number of different things to fix it, such as turning on the mouse scroll function, and even reloading a previous auto-save. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar, and possibly has an idea on how to correct it. Thanks!
