Can't move icons in/out of fences after Win10 Upgrade

So I upgraded to Windows 10 no problem and my Fences were there, but I noticed that while I can interact with the icons, I cannot bring anything in or out of the Fences. I tried creating a new Fence to put a new icon in, and it would not let me. A red circle with a line going through it shows up. Any ideas?

Ditto.

Installed Win 10 then latest version of Fences.  Now cannot move any desktop icons.

Latest Fences not Win 10 compatible despite Stardock assertion to the contrary?

I'd first recommend uninstalling and reinstalling after the Windows 10 upgrade, and making sure you have the latest version from your account.
