Can't Connect the second PC

Hey everyone,

I am trying to set this up, When I try to ad the second PC dialog box appears and says: 

Failed to connect:

Please check firewall settings on secondary (should not set to public/guess) computer name and IP address.

I switch the main and secondary PC around received same error code again.

Send email to stardock 2 days ago with no respond so far.

Thanks in advance for any help

Have you checked that the computer firewall is not set to block everything?  If using the MS default one then the most common problem is the computer being set to public network which will block Multiplicity.  This is especially common with a Windows 10 install as it likes to default to public in error sometimes.

I changed setting to "private" for both with no success, Does computers has to be in same network?
