Why can't I get Window Blinds 4 from ODNT...

For some reason if I go into the alpha or beta downloads all i get is Windowblinds 3.95. Is there something special I need to do to get 4?

3.95 is a pre-stage of 4.0. Will become 4.0 if out of beta.

Thanks! So all these skins that say version 4 features will work with 3.95?
