Problem Uninstalling

I'm having an issue updating to Windows 10 and don't want to buy anything to try to uninstall Deskapes. It's giving me an "cannot open INSTALL.LOG file" error. Someone else suggested another program to uninstall this, but they want you to buy it. Is there another way to uninstall Deskscapes without buying an uninstaller?

There are free versions of RevoUninstaller, and iObit Uninstaller.

Both of which can uninstall the program and delete any left over files. I use iobit's uninstaller but Revo is just as good.
