I am running Windows 10. I am using Stardock Fences, Object Dock and Start 10. In the old

Charms Bar' in Windows 8.1 (now gone in Windows 10) I could click on an icon 'Device'. Does anyone know where that icon is now in Windows 10? How can I get to the 'Metro Screen'?
