Mislaid Product Key

I purchased Start10 today but somehow mislaid (or did not record) my product key. How can I recover the key?

If you log in to your account on store.stardock.com again and go to the Downloads page you should find it there.

It is not there on the Downloads page as I hadn't got around to adding it after download. I am assuming that it wouldn't be added to that list automatically at the time of purchase. It certainly wasn't for me.

The purchase also doesn't appear on the 'Order History' page. I have PayPal evidence of my purchase.

It is automatically added there when the purchase is completed. Make sure you are using the correct account to log in. If you're still having trouble, contact support and they should be able to help. If your paypal account uses a different email address it may have registered under that, instead of the one you normally use here.
