Eligibility for Start10 upgrade pricing

Hi folks,

I bought Start8 back in July 2014. I'm thinking of upgrading to Windows 10, but when I go to buy an upgrade to Start10 and put in my e-mail address I get "Sorry, you do not own a product eligible for upgrade." I log in to My Stardock with the same e-mail address and I can see my license information for Start8.

Anyone know what are the eligibility requirements?
