Task Bar Context Menu Color

After upgrading to Win 10 1115 this is the only change I can't find solution for. Right click on task bar, the menu is black. I want

it gray like the rest of my menus.

This is a feature of the new version of Windows 10.  For reasons best known to Microsoft they have changed the taskbar right click menu to not match the rest of the OS.
