Start10 Not Working

I downloaded and installed Start10 (as administrator) and ran the program for configuration and whatnot. The Start menu icon changes, but that's it. The standard Windows 10 menu still appears, and I can't get the Start10 menu to work. Am I doing something wrong? Is there some voodoo or an ancient Mayan chant I'm supposed to do that I've somehow overlooked? Plz to halp!

Check the settings under control. One of my PCs was set to show the windows 10 menu instead of Start 10. It took a couple of reinstalls before I realised!
