I was expecting something like Capitalism Plus in space, but it's over in a few minutes.

 

If it's to be a quick tournament game, it needs a lot less detail and setup. 

 

If it's to be a persistent online game, it needs a strategic structure that can allow long time and new players to exist reasonably.

 

If it's to be a long play personal game, it needs to last hours and give value.

 

So far it doesn't seem the developers have any idea where they're going with this.  Who is the market?

Standard RTS players who like the idea of economy rather than having to actually macro and micro units around? Who love RTS but don't have the APM needed to compete at the hgihest level, who thinks twitch-like reflexes in an RTS is a disgrace to the very genre? Well that's me... probably a small market :P

I would like a capitalism esque game too. OTC is the next best thing in my opinion.
