1.32 Still Can't Play Multiplayer

So my 2 buddies and I all made custom civs and we tried again today to play a small map together with 3 AIs. We actually got to the main map today and they got booted. Are we ever going to be able to multiplay?

Same problem here.

Support asked me to delete all custom factions and block Steam cloud completely to allow joining of multiplayer games. Seems they wrecked their code.

You should be able to play custom factions.  However, some folks use mods to create their custom factions which can cause problems.  What was your ticket number?  Did you note what custom factions you were playing?

Thx the notice, unfortunately it doesn't work with multiplayer. I only tried with my very own custom factions, as I do know that I didn't use any mods for creation. Current problem is, that when I joined a multiplayer (v. 1.32) I was not able to choose a faction, because I didn't get a player slot. BTW, other players have been able to join a game that I offered instead.

Before I cleaned out all data (factions, mods, ship designs) and turned off Steam cloud in general, but I'm afraid I will not accept it for long. Without any custom data I was able to join a multiplayer and was able to choose out of the common factions. Just a reminder, playing in localized mode...which in my eyes is causing additional errors.

Currently I try clean opt-in v. 1.4, but wasn't able to find offered multiplayer yet. I could see password rows, but was not able to find a notice where I could set a pass in my own setup, as it seems it isn't ready for localized mode.
