trouble with object desktop in windows 10

Fences freezing the explorer and no way to uninstall

I have the version of object desktp bought in 2011 and mainly used windows blind and fences as well as icon developper.

When i installed windows 10 it told me it will disable deskscape whihc is not compatible.

Fences apparently is blocking my explorer.exe that I have to manually start in task manager (problem with the shell manager apparently). I can't right click without the screen going black

But I can't find Fences anywhere on my computer to uninstall it. At times it works though but slowing down everything.

Do we know when the update for win10 will come out ?

I guess this will solve the problems.

Could we, customers with an account be warned when it comes out ?

You're mentioning several apps, but I'd first suggesting looking at the Windows 10 compatibility post to see what's in development and what is compatible at this time.

What version of Fences are you using?

Right click the desktop, open Configure Fences, scroll to the bottom and unclick Enable Fences. Maybe that will ease things a bit while you try to uninstall.

Is it not listed in Programs and Features?  In Win10, right click the start button, click control panel, go to Programs category, then Programs and Features. It should be listed there. Dunno why MS made things so hard to find in Win10.
