Colors don't change

Windows 10 changes it accent colors automatically but Start 10 does not. When you give the option to change the start colors automatically, I thought it means that colors would synchronize with the Windows 10 changes, about every minute or so. Mine never changes. It only changes when I restart the computer. I'd appreciate your help.

It should be syncing the colours.

What version of Windows 10 do you have installed?

Also did you have beta versions of Start10 installed before the latest versions?  If so I recommend uninstalling, rebooting and then reinstalling it.

I have the Windows 10 edition that was an upgrade from Windows 7. I did all the things you suggested and it still just stays on 1 color while I use the computer. It's nice to have a color but it would be nicer if it changed through out the day.
