Something new for Start10 - Feature Request

Would Stardock be willing to consider making Start10 something more than just a way of putting a W7-style Start menu into W10?  I'd like to suggest a style of Start menu that I don't think has been done before.

I prefer the W7-style menu.  However, the W10 Start menu has introduced one very useful thing: you can place your pinned tiles into groups (see below).  I find this extremely helpful:

My W10 Start menu

I would love Start10 to offer a new kind of Start menu - one which looks and works like W7, but with the ability to create titled groups into which I can place my programs.  I'm not a creative type, so I wouldn't presume to suggest how to do this.  But by way of illustration only I've included a hashed up image of one way that might work:

Example grouped Start menu

OK, I said I was no graphics designer!  But I'm sure you get the idea.

What do you say, Stardock?  Any mileage in this?  I'd pay again for it, FWIW.

Would someone from Stardock please respond to this?  Even if it's just "No, stupid idea".

Alternatively, is there another way to make feature requests?

It is an interesting idea.

I am unsure if there is sufficient customer demand though.  Any other customers interested in this?

I have an alternative way of delivering this requirement.

Refer to my first screenshot - of the standard W10 Start menu.  Although the grouping facility is very useful (for me), a big problem is that the pinned tiles are far too big and many of them don't show any graphical content.

Imagine those pinned items being just an icon and the program name (like the icons on your desktop).  They could be spaced closer together, so the Start menu would take up less room, and there wouldn't be lots of tiles comprising just a grey square.

This would allow us to keep the grouping facility of W10, but with the compactness (and familiar program icons) of the W7 menu.

I think this is an excellent idea. I was a bit disappointed by Start10, I have to admit. I was hoping it would offer a best-of-both worlds option, instead of win10 or win7. I can't see any difference in the win10 them from the native start menu. Anyway, yes, the groupings would be great and even a space for a few live tiles.
