Yes there is a place where you can download WMP skins for Pocket PC...hold on...

Juni is a premier pocket pc skinner great library to choose ... however a while back in 2002 devart had a hard drive crash... warhol was the victim... and Juni never re uploaded his Mediaplayer skins... I emailed him once and he sent me a link to where you could download his MP skins... now if Only I could find it now...
