Cannot Add comments on WinCustomize Submissions

I can rate new wallpapers, etc. but I cannot post comments.  This happened once before and then it mysteriously fixed itself.  Any ideas or do I need to open a ticket on Stardock?

It will be a browser addon ....something preventing cookies.  They're required for commenting in particular...;)

Try logging out and back in again. Might help.  :)

Specifically allowing cookies for this site did not solve it but I finally figured out that Albine was the problem.  Since it is an add-on, I removed it and all is well.  Thanks, everyone.
