Every AI I run into has bad logistics.
Most recently I destroyed 2 dozen groups of c*** ships in groups of 2 and this was in turn 523 of an immense map.
Had the same issue just now. I was playing an Immense map on Gifted settings. I noticed many factions, around the same turn amount, still running on basic or few logistics. To see fleets with maximum logistics of 10 running around...just sad. Had to restart because there is no challenge.
I also have this logistics issue on top of by big problem of AI not going to war, some AI's have logistics of 53, some 10: https://forums.galciv3.com/470533.
In my game the top dogs are all tooling around with fleets for 4 large carriers so I guess its the rate and tech those ai have.
