I'm using Start10 in the Windows 10-style. In "All Apps" Start10 doesn't show all program. I know about the Microsoft restrictions about 512 entries and hoped, Start10 has it own routines to leave them. So it's not an enhancement to the originally Start-menu. Please change this.
The Windows 10-style *is* the default Windows 10 Start menu hence why you are experienced the 512 app/program limitation.
Until Microsoft fix that "issue", which also affects me as I have 1,119 apps and programs (mostly games 
) installed on my machine then you will have to use one of the other Start 10 themes.
I would recommend the Modern Style with the Modern theme (Windows 10-inspired look) as it does show all the installed apps and programs (so long as you enable the Modern UI menu as well) and looks closest to the Windows 10 menu IMO.
Thanks for the reply! I tried the "Modern theme". I'm missing to see the Metro-Apps in their Modern-UI-Look. It would an enhancemet to make it unnecessary to
change to the "Winddows 10 Menu" in Start10.
