Rearrange Shorcuts IS A MUST

Please please can you add the following features already! It was missing from Start8 and is needed in Start10 ASAP:

• We should have the option of rearranging the order of the shortcuts on the right hand-side, mainly the custom ones that are added.
• Also we should be able to add an icon to these shortcuts, which should be visible when the list is either large or small.
• AND please add the option of adding separators to the shortcut list, rather than forcing us to have a large list of shortcuts all in one section.
• User name on the top of the modern style should be a link to the user's folder or the like. 
• Lastly, please move the settings shortcut to the bottom, next to the control panel shortcut.

WHO ELSE WANTS THESE FEATURES ASAP??

PLEASE, EVERYONE REPLY TO THIS POST STATING YOUR INTEREST SO WE CAN HAVE THIS DONE ALREADY!
