Object dock shows on top of fullscreen window applications

Hi,

I was googling a bit and I found somewhere that ObjectDock should be able to detect the Fullscreen window applications and not show on top of them (I cant find a link to that statement anymore), but its not doing that and can't find a way to change this behavior.

Is it even possible? I have two monitors and alt-tabing in Space Engineers (it does it in anym Fullscreen window game, but SE is only one I actually run it as Fullscreen window) is major pain in the ass with them, so I had to make the game run in Fullscreen window mode, but with that now I can randomly see my two docks appear over the game...

I am using ObjectDock 2.01 and Windows 7 Ultimate. If you need any more info, just ask, as I have no idea what else to actually say here.

Ps.: I know basically browser is fullscreen window app, but I need it to mainly detect things like games. Maybe some setting that if said process is in front it would not show up, or something like that.
