artifacts freezes game cant play custom gigantic map multiplayer

I have been playing for a while with little issue unless one of the players pick up a frozen friends artifact witch freezes the game right up , but I could play a custom gigantic map on multiplayer with even less problems than the regular huge or smaller but now on 1.1 update I can't play the custom map and the frozen friends are an even bigger problem freezing on the AI too tried uninstalling and re-installing on both my and my friends computers , can anyone give help???? Is there anyone helping on these forums?

Please go through the troubleshooting guide and if you still have issues there's instructions on how to submit a support ticket so we can look into it.

Thank you I have submitted the report and am waiting a reply, but so far; i Only seem to have issues when playing on the multiplayer game play almost always during a surveyer event or movement though nearly every other time with the frozen friends artifact, I have done a complete reinstall and complete update of all bios, drivers, and updates, we have completely closed and opened our antivirus, firewalls and routers, but still I personally will never stop playing just wish it was a little easier to play Gigantic Custom maps with my buddies...

And thank you for getting back to my post, wasn't too sure if there were assistance for this game beyond the forums. thanks again.
