"Customize Fences" or "Configure Fences" do not work

All of sudden when I click on the "Customize Fences" or "Configure Fences" from right click nothing happens. Even the drive light does not light up. I can't configure Fences. I uninstalled and re-installed the program but still no luck. I don't remember when it was the last time that used those utilities so I can't determine what caused the change. I uninstalled the program with Revo Uninstaller and cleaned all folders. Re-installed the program and still no luck.

Please help

Does everything else in the right click menu work?

Yes. Only the right click "Configure Fences" does nothing. I also have an icon on the desktop for "Customize Fences" that also does nothing. I can create fences but not configure them. I see fences running in MSCONFIG but there is no Fences in Task Manager.

Yes. I have several Fences and do not have problem with making changes to them trough their drop down menu.

I have an update. I started disabling programs and after I disabled AVG I did not have any problem with configuring Fences. So AVG was the problem.
