I like them in this order: 3, 1, and 2.
You said you were looking for some good shots, here are some to check out:
I'm liking version 2 but I think krbjms pic of 7/9 in red would work well with it as it's good pose. Look pretty easy to cut out too 
yeah i`ve ran across these too. I just did not find one I liked I my watch Voyager and see if I can come across a better one.
I will see about using these 4 !
FYI Any of the BG pics will work would just have to load them up is all So it would be just a matter of which one you like with which pose.

With my custom factions I followed a naming convention.
The very first name I give them is a single word, then I save it. Afterwards I come back and alter the name. Game keeps the *.faction file with the single-worded name, no matter how often you change it in-game. Simple solution.

OK I know I need to do the others but I`m done with 7 of 9 for now the dark brown suit is being hard for me to do then O though it would. I was not happy with it I`ll come back to it when I free up some time to do it.I have a lot going on ATM!!
