Windowblinds v8.12:- minimize button erratic responses

With some of the 'as installed' themes the minimize button on Office 2010 components, i.e.; Outlook. OnetNote, etc. do not work unless you maximize first. and sometimes the mimize button seems to think it is being hovered over (lit up) and others no response to hover or pressing it.

This occurs on only some styles, e.g. 'Precision', 'Modern' and 'Win8' 'Acrylic 7'

but not others, e.g. 'Echo' & 'Win8 Metro' & 'Corporate' 'Lantana' and all Win7 Aero based styles, e.g. 'Diamond', 'Aero Metals' etc.

Also on the topic of Aero based themes; is it normal that when applying one of the aforementioned Aero based styles that the system reverts to 'Windows Classic' style and I have to select a standard style from the in built Win7 personalisation list before the WindoBlinds variant becomes active, i.e. WB v8.12 does not seem to restart the Desktop Manager (so no Aero is available).
