Axis shift in builder

Ok, I know I might be the only one interested in this, especially after so many people have become so proficient with the builder, but is there any way in gameplay options to add a way to alter the axis directions in the ship builder? It's driving me crazy a little to do anything.

I work for an aircraft manufacturer, and the coordinate system I'm used to at work is twisted from yours, so every time I try to offset a part, I'm moving it 90° from the direction I think I am...then I back up, and wind up choosing wrong the second time too.

Took me a while to get used to the shifted axes.  When I fire up the Designer I still instinctively move parts the 'right' way and have to correct for doing it the 'wrong' way.  No big deal at the end of the day.  ;)
