auto end turn feature toggle/selection, like the one from civ 5

It would nice to have built in, but you can drop to the console (`) and type

turn

and that will toggle it off / on. I use it all the time in my late games.

(Unless you just mean you're looking for a keybind, which is enter or Tab for next item, then next turn when nothing else is asking for attention)
