What happened to Planet list

I'm played GCII a while ago. Now I just started at GCIII. I can't seem to find the planet list especially for uncolonized ones . Is it still available?

Nope...many of us have been saying this for awhile now, but ive never received an official word on why it isnt in the game...especially considering how big the galaxy can now be in games. I was hoping it would be in what is now the "notification' spot, but nope...it wasnt.
