playing the latest opt in and some bugs have been well bugging me

1. When moving a rally point the ships no longer update to the new rally point (this is new as of the most recent opt in hotfix patch(5/11/15))
2. when reloading while in game the skybox background becomes horribly bright
3. when colonizing a world if you go to change the name from the govern screen the name change box appears on the main map (this only happens if you have not left the planet after colonizing)
4. if you cancel colonization and then try and colonize the same planet with the same constructor you get the colonize/name prompt 2x
5. if you try and send a ship outside of range you get the range prompt 2x
