[Bug] AI switching from "You've got to be joking" to "thanks for the gift" in diplomacy

If you have the AI give you enough stuff, they will eventually agree to it thinking that you are giving it to them.

I just realized I can take everything from every AI in the game just by asking for it during diplomacy.  At first they will say "You've got to be joking", but once you add enough of their ships and planets they will switch to "thanks for the gift", even if you aren't giving them anything in return.  This worked for all AI, even the ones I was at war with.  The only thing they won't give you is their capital.

Seen a something similar to that, when they go from no way to that's great when you add 1 thing.

Interesting, are you able to reproduce that in a save file? If so, could you send that save file to support so that I can get a better idea of what is going on.

Offer peace to the Drengin, and then keep adding their stuff.  They will eventually decide that once they give you enough stuff it is no longer too much, but just enough.

You can just take everything from the Altarians and Terrans in the same way, but you don't see them yet (until you take all the Drengin planets).  For some reason no other race will even let you talk to them in this turn.

Let me know if that does not work.
