Beta 6 .95.5 Diplomacy "You are weak" when #1 in all categories?

I'm not sure at what point it started happening, since I wasn't checking diplomacy every turn, but I noticed that for some reason all of the AIs now have a line in their relations tooltip that says "You are weak":

The thing is, as shown in the screen shot, I'm #1 in all categories, including military, so why do they think I'm weak?  My civ power rating is 488, the next highest is the Yor at 159.  The Krynn are at 145.

Is this a bug in the AI evaluations of power ratings?

I ran into this last night and fixed it.

Bug was caused by one race measuring its factionpower vs. your military power (which is only 1 component of faction power).

 

Fixed now.

Only one race?  Because in my game it's the Krynn, Yor, and Iridium all doing it.  Anyway, thanks!

I don't think he means one as only one but more like a race measuring it's faction power against another race.

?!? btw is 6.95.5 available for Opt-In? Or is it someone making up a version number?

That's the latest patch.  It says ".95" on the menu screen, but ".95.5" on the actual application. :)
