Beta 6 .95.5 Terran tech tree tech "TerranLogisticalSupport_Name"

I'm playing as a custom race using the Terran tech tree, and I see a tech named "TerranLogicticalSupport_Name" with a tooltip description of "TerranLogisticalSupport_ShortDec". The name is clipping and is too long for the box, I could only see the whole name by looking at the pre-req tech and the tooltip of what it leads to:
