Missing all purchases

Hey guys! I went today to reinstall and play some Gal Civ II and Sins. But I found that neither the stardock website nor the gamestop website (or app) show ANY purchase I have ever made! I've bought many things from you guys and I'm a little bit upset that all my purchases have just vanished. Sins + 2 expansions, Gal Civ II with all expansions, and SOTS with all expansion come to mind. Pretty sure there are a couple others, but those are the ones I found archived sales emails for. What gives, and who has my stuff so i can get it?

Never mind guys. It was the silly gamestop app acting up, login failed (very quietly) and the only notification was an easy to overlook status button buried at the bottom of the app screen. Tried logging in again (I guess it lost my login info) and my games are there now. Can close this thread if you like.
