Configure Start8 button does nothing

When I right click on the start menu, and select Configure Start8 link, it acts like it is thinking for half a second, then stops. The same response is given when I navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start8\Start8Config.exe". I have also gone to command prompt as admin to try that as well, and got nothing.

It was working for me, but I needed to deactivate my license for testing purposes, but when I reactivated, I started having this issue.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but am getting the same symptoms.

Any thoughts?
