Commands Tab of Govern Interface

Cost of Upgrade Ships to...

I love the updates that have been made to the "Govern" interface over the past few beta releases!  The ability to make sweeping commands in the 'commands' tab is great.

Unfortunately there is a bit of confusion when trying to use that tab to upgrade ships of one type to another.  I used this interface to tell all ships of a certain build (say, M3) to upgrade to a newer one (M6).  Unfortunately, I didn't see a tooltip telling me how much it would cost.  A confirmation dialog telling how much it would spend would have been really helpful when hitting the 'update' button.  Worse, it actually let me spend more than my treasury held!  After clicking the button and closing the dialog, I noticed that my treasury was significantly negative, so I had to endure several turns without any manufacturing or research.  If there had been a dialog telling me how much it would have cost first, I definitely wouldn't have made the sweeping upgrade yet.

Also, I just wanted to mention that I'm 156 turns into a game on an insane map with 10 major civilizations (including mine).  It's huge and awesome!  And, I haven't had problems with it crashing, which is impressive considering how much is going on there.

I also just noticed that in the 'Colonies' tab of the govern interface, the icons at the top for colony traits don't line up with the traits in the table below.  The first four columns line up fine (planet class, population, influence, approval), but the fifth column (which shows research) has no column header icon.  Instead, the column headers for the 6th and 7th columns show research and wealth, when the columns themselves actually display wealth and manufacturing, respectively.  Not a big deal and should be an easy fix.  I'm guessing you're aware of this stuff already but thought I'd mention it in case.

Thank you!

These are good points.  It may well belong in the support forum (just edit your original submission and put "support" in the right line).
