Sorry to ask such a newbie question but can't find the answer

To be honest I bought StarDocks software, I am looking at WindowsBlinds it looks very interesting the more I look at it. One thing that has bugged me for a few years now is some software like Microsoft Office, Outlook 2010 to be specific. with windowsBlinds can you control the color of the center section of Outlook 2010 where the emails that come in are listed. I have yet to see anything that I can change the color of that center section. I have a lot more to learn but if Windows Blinds can skin Outlook why can't it change the color in the message area ( the middle )

(sks7) go to "change skin colors" click on the combo box and select the "show me the defined system colors" and change the "window background" color to whatever.
