ObjectDock Bug/Glitch

Hi, I use ObjectDock on two devices: a gaming laptop and a Surface Pro 3. Both have Win8.1.  

I'm having issues with ObjectDock on the SP3.

Just like another user has said previously (here: https://forums.stardock.com/366758) "when I put my cursor on any of the icons, the dock gets incredibly glitchy"

As you can see, the quicklaunch dock works fine, the tabbed dock doesn't. The "glitchy" effect is a lot more intense and visual, but the video doesn't have good enough quality to show that.  

I've tried restarting, creating a new tabbed dock, but it still happens.  

Any ideas of what might be causing it?
