It is likely [almost always] a browser addon causing the issue.  Stardock's Forums require cookies to be accepted to retain your comment placement history for your browser...;)

I've had this issue where I can type my comment but not be able to submit it when I'm done, though I've noticed that vthis occurred only when the page had not fully loaded and the comment box tools were not present.  A simple page redresh usually fixes the problem, though.

I also noticed this only began since the recent updates to Firefox, roughly about 2 - 3 months ago.

Are you using Adblock or Adblock Plus? That will be your problem. Disable it and you should be able to fully access the site.

I use Adblock Plus but I don't think thats the cause... well at least not in my case.  I have it disabled for WC, but the not being able to submit issue occasionally still occurs.  I even uninstalled it to see if that improved things, but alas, it happened now and then.  Like is said before, the issue only began with FF 34 - 35, but it's only an intermittant thing, rather than constant, and is easily resolved with a page refresh.

Glad it's sorted for you...;)

Generally it's as Starkers mentioned...adblock, etc which prevent cookies being set.
