Black background (solved)

Hey guys,do you know how to fix this annoying black background in explorer?

I don't get this problem like this when unloading windowblinds.There is also no problem in maximize explorer.It all started when i intalled some WB skin and getting this error.I'm not getting this problem in my other user account in my computer.I just dont want to move all my files to my other user account and it's wasting my time.

Open WB config, click on Backgrounds. Select Explorer Backgrounds then click on reset opacity levels and make sure "None" is selected in backgrounds. Then click on Apply style.

That should straighten things out. .....but stranger things have happened.
