Attempting to download Start8 using link in receipt email

Configuring a new Win 8.1 Pro laptop, purchased a new copy of Start8.

Using the download link https://store.stardock.com/download/3509 from the
receipt screen or from the receipt email triggers a block from Gateway Anti-Virus
that says:

I'm installing an old version 1.3 instead from a previous installation.

Sounds like a false positive.  Unfortunately sometimes AV companies make mistakes in their detection.
