Command Ships to Rally point does not work

Playing version 0.80.

Anytime I issue the command to send ships to a rally point, either by their destination or type, clicking "update" does not change their destination. Instead, the selected ships are set to "idle" even if they previously had move orders. 

Not being able to use Rally points and "commands" on ships, either by type or current destination, makes managing large militaries difficult.
