Errors while launching common Control Panel items

I get the following error when trying to launch, say "Uninstall a program" or "Add a device":

 

If I temporary switch off Start10, I can launch them fine.

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise Technical Preview build 10049

Thanks for reporting this.  The next beta update should resolve this.

For now you may be able to use the results showing under Files and folders as those will work for some cases where the control panel results do not.
